Hi, I’m Katie

 

I set up and established YogaBhoga in June 2014 and I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and grew up with the influence of yoga with my mum having practiced regularly. I decided I wanted to become a Yoga Teacher shortly after the birth of my daughter Florence,

 

I wanted to have more work / life flexibility and to do something that I loved and that would supplement my income. As they say the rest is history, I completed my Yoga Teacher Training (500hr) with the Devon School of Yoga whilst on maternity leave. I have been lucky enough to attend retreats and courses all over the world. 

I was holistically trained which means I draw from many different styles. However my main style of teaching is Vinyasa Flow.

 

I have developed a passion for teaching and sharing my knowledge (which is always growing – yoga is a never ending subject!) and I hope that comes across in my classes.

 

I am not a “hippy” and I have a regular normal (whatever that is)  life. I work 3 days a week as a marketing manager for a forest school company. I like to enjoy the odd drink, love pizza and love going to festivals.. Life is about balance - Yoga helps you find your balance. A philosophy I strongly believe in!

My classes are relaxed and fun and a great opportunity to meet new people too! :-)
