Autumn is a time of transition—and transformation. The shift in seasons is nature’s way of reminding you to pay attention! It seems obvious that you adjust your outer life to accommodate the changing weather, but it’s easy to forget the shift that is necessary for the inner self when seasons change.

Just as the trees let go of their leaves, we will also be focusing on letting go of what is no longer serving us. The second part of the weekend we will start to focus on manifesting what we truly want for the future and what really matters to you…all in a fun, relaxed and unpretentious atmosphere. You will leave feeling relaxed, energised and inspired!

The Yoga
​
The retreat will include two hours of yoga in the morning and late afternoon every day with a shorter 1 hour practice on Monday morning. Katie Hawley owner of YogaBhoga will guide you through various practices including vinyasa flow, yin yoga, yoga nidra, meditation and pranayama. The practices will aim to relax the mind and body, release negative thoughts and emotions and revive and awaken a more authentic sparkly you! All the practices are suitable for all levels all you need is an open mind!

Katie has practiced Yoga for 10 years and completed her 500hr Teacher Training with the Devon School of Yoga in 2015. She teaches classes, courses and workshops across Devon.

The Workshop
​
This workshop will take place on Saturday afternoon. Jo Daley is a vegetarian cook (she will also be providing the yummy food – see below) and a qualified coach and therapist living in Exeter, With a background in social care she takes a creative, and holistic approach to supporting people to focus on the changes they can make, to achieve sustainable growth in their day-to-day lives. Jo believes that we all have the power within us to manifest our true selves, and with the right teaching and support we can awaken this power through daily practice.

This workshop will guide you through getting to know yourself more deeply, finding your purpose, setting intentions, removing blocks that stand in your way and manifesting the things you deeply want and that are aligned with your true self.
Jo is an ANLP accredited NLP Practitioner, and an ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management Coach

The Digs
​
Middle Coombe Farm is a piece of Heaven in Devon!!! Exclusive, secluded & wonderfully peaceful Middle Coombe Farm is a 16th Century rustic estate. Set in its own valley in the breath-taking Devon countryside the estate comprises of a Grade II* listed farmhouse and over 700 acres of private grounds and woodland. Middle Coombe Farm is a real slice of West-country paradise, full of atmosphere, energy & character.

The main farmhouse combines the cosiness of country life with a little bit of luxury thrown in. The house has beautifully large bedrooms, a secluded courtyard with large open fireplace and a large kitchen diner which is where all meals will be served. Accommodation will be shared (very spacious) rooms and bathrooms. Private rooms may be available upon request for an additional charge.

The Yummy Food

Fresh, hearty, homemade, vegetarian and vegan feel good food
Jo Daley also runs JoJo’s, a wholefood catering business. Jo spent ten years working in social care with young people with a focus on holistic wellbeing centred around diet, exercise and lifestyle. She then ran The Sanctuary Cafe in London for two and a half years before moving down to Devon with her partner Joel and their dog Murray.
​
Jo has created a menu to nourish and promote your wellbeing whilst being absolutely delicious! The retreat will include; 3 evening meals, 2 brunches and a light breakfast before you depart on Monday morning. There will also be plenty of fresh fruit and healthy snacks and a few fresh juices thrown in for good measure!
​
All requirements are catered for; because of Jo's knowledge of specialised diets, she has become an expert at creating delicious gluten free, dairy free and vegan meals, snacks and cakes.
